Subject: Recommendation for Removal from the Varsity Team
Dear Mr. Divino and Ms. Rodriguez,
Greetings!
In line with our commitment to discipline, dedication, and accountability within the ACFI
Falcons Varsity Basketball Team, I respectfully submit this recommendation for the
removal of the following players from the roster:
1. Romar Ayao
2. Jian Legaspino
3. Aeron Pulanco
The above-mentioned players have consistently failed to attend scheduled practices,
team meetings, and official games despite repeated reminders and opportunities for
compliance. Their actions not only affect their own development as student-athletes but
also hinder the overall performance, unity, and commitment of the team.
Given these repeated lapses in attendance and accountability, I recommend their
removal from the varsity team effective immediately, in order to preserve the integrity of
the program and set a clear example of responsibility and discipline for the rest of the
players.
