AFFIDAVIT OF AUTHORITY TO USE LAND

I, TOMAS L. CALUBAQUIB, of legal age, Filipino, and presently


residing at Malummin, Tuao, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say - THAT:

1. That I am one of the registered owners of a parcel of land covered by


TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. P-6734 located at
Malummin, Tuao, Cagayan;

2. That I am granting permission and authority to VICENTE J. SANTIAS


JR, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 1 Andrews
Village, Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan for the use and
construction of a building in the said property above described;

3. That by granting such permission and authority, I hereby authorize said


person to apply for a building permit, electrical permit including all
necessary permits in relation thereto for the use and construction of the
building;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


and for whatever legal purpose this may serve;
