Essentials. The client works on mastering the new skill and technique.
P.urpose - connecting the acute variables of load, rate, and duration to the goal of the
session and the program is key to align movements with each participants 'why'. In this
example of a lunge if we were to have a theme of weight loss, with a quality for the
workout being strength endurance; you might program this movement as a station that
is completed for 3 sets of 60 seconds. Or make it competitive and add reps to time.
