01. The Bidders are required to complete the right hand column of the Specification sheet and the details at the top
of the first page.

02. Where there is an option given in the minimum specification, the Bidder is required to enter his own
specification in a separate sheet.

03. Where the Bidder’s specification is in excess of the minimum specification, the Bidders specification must be
entered in the right hand column.

2.0 Tank

2.1 Capacity minimum 5000 litres and fabricated with


Stainless Steel(Thickness ≥ 3.0mm). The tank shall have
two Stainless steel baffle separation plates (3
Compartments)

2.2 Suitable for Drinking water transport

2.3 Heavy Duty tank with 2”outlet (male/female threaded)


on rear side with Heavy duty valve

2.4 2” outlet for pump input with heavy duty valve on front
left side

2.5 2 Nos. Manholes with minimum 400mm internal


diameter and opening for filling with hinged type closing
lid.

2.6 Rear ladder and top deck with heavy duty chequered
plates.

2.7 All pipe connections, couplings, etc shall be made of

stainless steel.

2.8 Hose Carrier for 2” size hoses

2.9 Flexible hoses minimum 10 m for filling and discharging


with quick couplings

2.10 Hose coupling tools if applicable

2.11 Traffic Signal Lights shall be fixed as per the regulations


of the Department of Motor Traffic

2.12 Suitable Safety guards & mud guards shall be mounted.

3.0 INSTALLATION

3.1 Bidder shall manufacture and install the tank for the
existing chassis with standard proper mounting brackets
connected by suitable bolts and nuts. The tank shall be
un-mounted by bolts and nuts for repairs and services.

3.2 The period required the truck chassis, shall be mentioned


if the bidder need the chassis at his workshops for
installation
4.0 WARRANTY

4.1 Minimum of 05 year warranty to be provided to cover


failure of material, workmanship or design failure of the
tank

4.2 In case of repair within the warranty period, the bidder


shall be born the cost of transport, to his repair facility.

5.0 EXPERIENCE

5.1 Bidder must have minimum 10 years experience in


manufacturing of similar tanks for trucks. (The list of
previous supplies shall be attached)

6.0 DATE OF DELIVERY

6.1 Maximum delivery period 30 days after confirmation of


the order
