1.0 PURPOSE
1.1. To establish procedures for receiving, documenting, and responding to relevant communication
from external or internal parties regarding Health, Safety, and environmental Management
System.
1.2. To consider needs and expectations of interested parties and compliance obligations while
determining and establishing internal and external communication process
1.3. To ensure that all external and internal communication relating to significant environmental
aspects, general environmental issues and Occupational Health and Safety management system
related and or complaints are properly channeled and effectively responded to.
2.0 SCOPE OF APPLICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This procedure is for internal and external communications on the various elements of Chemical
Process Equipments Pvt Ltd ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 including the Health, Safety and
Environmental management system, Integrated Management system Policy, objectives and
targets, procedures, hazards and emergencies situations for Chemical Process Equipments Pvt Ltd.
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Manager is responsible for environmental receiving from the community and other
external parties.
HR Manager is responsible responding to environmental communications to the
community, customers and corporate.
Purchasing is responsible to Health, Safety and Environmental communications to
suppliers and subcontractors.
HR Manager & Safety Manager are responsible to internal Health, Safety and
Environmental communications

DEFINITION
Interested Party: Individual of group concerned with or affected by the Occupational Health and
Safety and Environmental Performance of Chemical Process Equipments Pvt Ltd.
4.0 PROCEDURE
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
Involvement of employee regarding communication on Occupational Health and Safety and
Environmental issues including develop and review of policies, objectives, procedures and any
Changes affect workplace are performed through their representative in Safety Committee
Meeting.
Safety Committee meeting shall be conducted on monthly basis which all relevant issues
regarding Occupational Health and Safety will be included. The minutes of the meeting shall be
prepared and maintained after the meeting for acknowledgement and comment by employees.
COMMUNICATION METHOD
Authorized Representative is responsible for communicating the OH&S & EMS policy to all
employees. The Authorized Representative is responsible for communicating the procedures and
work instructions to the appropriate personnel responsible.

Environmental objectives, targets and performance to employees and management.
