NOTICE TO VACATE THE LEASED PREMISES

This is a written notice to VACATE the property located at

_________________________________________________ due to failure to negotiate
and execute Lease Contract with the new management. Despite been given by
the new management months to negotiate the terms of such lease contract, no
meeting of the minds took place and you repeatedly employ delaying tactics to
execute the contract while at same time failed to pay any rent at all since you
are already using the said property. This is unjust enrichment on your part
and showing your lack of intention to legally and properly lease our property.

The new management is no longer interested to further negotiate the execution

of the lease contract. As a result, you should immediately vacate the property.
The new management is giving you _____ (__) days or until ______________ to
remove all your movable properties or belongings to the leased premises. After
the said date, the property will be padlock and you or any of your staff will not
be permitted to enter the leased premises. Any property left behind, like
furniture or other personal belongings, after the indicated grace period will be
considered abandoned and may be discarded, destroyed, disposed or
confiscated by the new management as she may see fit.

Sincerely,
