The initial meeting for Reina de Kabkaban and Kabkaban Festival was attended by the Chairperson Hon.
Lorena Mae Tabora and Hon. Laurence Quijano, together with the members of the said committee, Mr.
Philip Alegrado, Kuryakin Sanchez, Patrick Adrian Laugan and yours truly.
The meeting was all about the preparation for the said events.

The Meeting with the suppliers was held in the Carcar City Mayors Office with the presence of the
suppliers from Cebu city. Designs were huddled together with the working committee and the suppliers.
Below were the final and agreed designs from the suppliers.

Final Coordination Meeting for the Traffic Concerns for Kabkaban Festival 2022
Venue: Boardroom-Mayors Office

The meeting was attended by the Carcar City LGU Department Heads together with the Traffic Committee,
Carcar PNP and Kabkaban Festival Committee. The meeting tackled was about the main concern which is
the traffic situation for the Kabkaban festival Street Dancing competition.
Below is the final street dancing route as agreed during the coordination meeting.

Final Coordination Meeting for the Choreographers of the Kabkaban Festival 2022
Venue: Boardroom-Mayors Office

The final coordination meeting for the Kabkaban festival choreographers were attended by the local
choreographers together with the working committee and the executive secretary of Carcar City Mayor,
Mrs. Cherry de Dios. Concerns were raised by the choreographers and were given solutions most especially
in the hauling and billeting of the performers and standby area for the props.
Below is the sketch of the standby area for the props per contingent before performing on stage for the
Kabkaban Festival 2022 Ritual Showdown.
