In democratic leadership, often referred to as participatory leadership or shared leadership, members of

       few different names. This kind of leadership is applicable to a wide range of organisations, such
       as private businesses, educational institutions, and even the government.

Since members of the group are encouraged to speak their minds and contribute their perspectives,
    democratic leadership may result in improved ideas and more original approaches to resolving
    problems. Additionally, members of a group are more committed in and dedicated to the projects
    being pursued, which makes them more likely to care about the results. According to studies on
    different types of leadership, democratic leadership is associated with increased levels of productivity

To achieve success in ovation, one needs the appropriate infrastructure and resources.
