(A) – 500 KV Bus bar Consist of :
o Two bus bar
o Twelve circuits { 9 main off load tap changer ppowe transformers 16.5/500KV
with rated 300MVA & 4 on load tap changer Tie transformers ZTR
500/220/11KV with rated 500 MVA and 2 over head transmission line circuits}
each circuit containing two dead tank circuit breakers and four disconnecting
switches .
o Three circuits {main off load tap changer power transformer 16/500 KV with rated
300 MVA} containing two live tank circuit breaker and four disconnecting
switches .

(B) – 220KV Bus bar ABB consist of :
o Two bus bar with bus coupler
o Twelve circuits { 4 on load tap changer tie transformer and 8 over head
transmission line circuits} each circuit containing one live tank circuit breaker and
three disconnecting switches
(C) – Computer System responsible for operation in 500/220 control is PACIS
production by AREVA.
COURSES:
