COMPANY-INITIATED BENEFITS
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off Per Year: 12
- Subject to PTO accrual and usage guidelines
- Unused PTO of 1 to a maximum of 5 will be included to the following year; No cash conversion of unused leaves on top
of the 5 days carry over.
• Bereavement Leave
- Entitled to a maximum of five (5) days bereavement leave for every death of an employee's family member.
- Immediate family members include the employee's father, mother, spouse, children (includes those that are legally
adopted by married or single employee), father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother or sister.
• Birthday Leave
- A one (1) day paid time off granted to an employee on the occasion of his/her birthday.

Normal/Compulsory Retirement Benefit (Government Mandated)
- An employee upon reaching the age of sixty (60) years or more, but not beyond sixty five (65) years which is hereby
declared the compulsory retirement age, who has served at least five (5) years in the Company, will receive a retirement
benefit. Computation is base pay multiplied by the number of years in service less applicable tax.
Early Retirement Program
- After fifteen (15) years and up of continuous service, employee may apply for an early retirement subject to the
required approvals. Retirement benefit computation is base pay multiplied by the number of years in service less the
applicable tax.
