RE: LEGAL ASSISTANCE OF JESUS LOTINO

Dear Rev. Fr. Reynaldo V. Rivera,

Vivere Christus Est.

This is in reference to the case of your Sacristan Mayor Jesus Lotino that is
being handled by our law office.

Msgr. Roman Nocon and this office agreed to a discounted rate of


Php25,000.00 as acceptance fee and Php3,500.00 as appearance fee.

As per records of this office, Msgr. Roman Nocon paid the acceptance fee
amounting to Php25,000.00 in 2019. We already held two scheduled hearings
at Regional Trial Court Malolos Branch 21 for this year thus, making a billable
amount of Php7,000. Our next hearing is scheduled on May 4, 2021.

We are writing this letter as per request of Msgr. Roman Nocon for
documentation of the Parish.
