I, LESTER C. MIRHAN, of legal age, married, with address at Cinco
Boutique, Shopping Center, Hilado Street, Bacolod City, Philippines, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint RACHELLE R. LAUSA, married, of legal age and
with address at Neptune Street, Puentebella Subdivision, Barangay Taculing,
Bacolod City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and for my
name, place, and stead, do the following acts, to wit:
1. To update my middle name in the (Bureau of Internal Revenue) BIR
TIN ID,
2. To fill-up entries in form 1905 issued by BIR;
3. To process the abovementioned document in any or all BIR offices in
the Philippines;
4. To execute any and all documents, and in general, to perform any
and all acts necessary to effect the foregoing.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as we
might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution
and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all my attorney or her/their
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
