Dear Sir or Madam,
Assalamualaikum W. W
I'm so glad to introduce my self, my name is Ifwarisan Defri, my nick name is If, I am the student of
Agriculture Technology Faculty at the University of Andalas, Padang, West Sumatra. I really want to join
“FPCI INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2016” for looking for amazing job experience as a
Research Analyst for a month in Gerda Henkel Stiftung Office, Dusseldorf, Germany. I was born from
really simple family, I can get collage at the University of Andalas West Sumatra by scholarship, I am very
grateful to Allah SWT. With a very deep gratitude on the creator makes me remain a passion for achieving
goals. My dreams job are lecturers later. Many desires, dreams and lofty ideals that making me desperately
want to grab them and mainly the opportunity to be able going to overseas, one of the country that I want to
going is the amazing country of Germany. Germany have many educations, techonologies, and unique
cultures that making me so interesting.
I really hope this opportunity can take me to there. My deceased father is the inspirational amazing
figure for me, so many messages and speeches he used before he died at the age 43 years, two of his
mandates which motivates me were first he said I have to go to overseas for look for many friends, amazing
experiences and to travel around the world, second he said I must look for science until arriving to another
country in this world by skills, not by money. My mother is a single parent, I am so proud with her because
she becomes both of a father and a mother on my family at this time. My mother also gave me some advices
there were a opportunity comes only once, and it will not come back again, then she said “you do not be like
a frog’s live in a fragile shell. Mandates, advices and messages from my parents will have been my
motivation on my entire life forever .
Economic challenges on my family will not make my dreams fail to go to overseas, because with a
capital of science and education can be a capital to looking outside the country without money. I always ask
on my praying to Allah Almighty. If this is a chance I can go to the abroad, please make it easy and blessing
it, Because my goal are looking for experiences, knowledges and seeing the Allah’s Greatness out there,
Then I will share my experiences and knowledges to all people. Because those who are more fortunately are
those who can give benefits to someone else, we know the science will be useful if we share them each
others.
I think study, live and have a good time with other international students will expand relations with
other students from all over the world. I continue my study and my passion would be the perfect opportunity
to increase my knowledge, to meet a completely different culture, learn another language, experience other
educational system and enrich experience of my life. I would be very grateful if I success in “FPCI
INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2016” Program, because besides I want to learn everything
to develop my skills, I also want to share the knowledge I have gained with other people. we know science
would be more useful if we share it with others. I will be very grateful if I am success in this program, I also
want to make my parents proud to me, if they have a son like me.

me as one of candidate in this program. I am looking forward to seeing a positive response.
