I am writing this letter to formally excuse one of our student interns, Mr. Jan LJoe
Sibug who is currently taking his internship at Dr. Jose Natalio Rodriguez Hospital.
He will be traveling back to the United States of America and unfortunately some of
the internship duty dates will be affected. This will be from February 27, 2023 up to
March 3, 2023. This is in line with the requirements he needs to fulfill as a resident
visa holder on the said country. I am very much willing to coordinate on the things
we need to accomplish in order to make this request feasible through our assigned
internship coordinator, Mr. Angelo Del Rosario.
