I, JOMAR SATO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Sitio


Lunas, Barangay Calidngan, Carcar City, Cebu, having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I have submitted the screenshots of the statements posted by certain


Milde Nacua on her facebook account tagging and defaming Justina O.
Aximar;

2. Justina O. Aximar is personally known to me as my friend;

3. I am executing this affidavit/certification to attest to the authenticity and


veracity of the above-mentioned document;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing, and to


serve as evidence and/or supporting documents for the purpose of filing
a criminal case for the violation of Republic Act No. 10175, otherwise
known as ‘The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012” against Milde
Nacua.
