outgoings breakers ACBs/MCCSs/MCBs/LBS shall be as per Single Line Diagram, including cost of sets of Brass

91 material shall be manufactured by any of the WAPDA/LESCO approved manufacturers, complete in all respects. Cable
glands with shroud as approved by LESCO for cable sizes mentioned in single line. Including all accessories like Digital
Voltmeter and Ammeter, Energy Analyzer Phase Indication Lights, ASS and VSS. Power Factor Digital Controller.
Capacitor Bank including all accessories. Main and connection busbars current density shall not be less than
1000Amp/Sq. Inch. Having Ventilation Fans and Panel Lights and Hooters and all accessories Reduced size neutral
busbar shall not be allowed. All electrical distribution boards shall be manufactured by an a direct authorization partner
for Circuit breaker . Make ABB or Schneider. Shall be WAPDA approved in M2 Category. Recommended Panel
Manufacturers are Bilal Switchgear, Tariq Electric or Equivalent.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC/PVC Insulated Unarmored Copper conductor cable 600/1000
Volt grade manufactured by any WAPDA approved manufacturers i.e. Pakistan Cables, Newage Cables and Fast
Cables or any other equivalent brand, prelaid conduits/trenches to be installed as per routes shown in drawings
including cost of all necessary materials. connections, identification tags, cable lugs properly crimped at both ends for

the sizes mentioned under complete in all respects. Actual length of cables to be installed shall be measured at site by
the contractor, duly authenticated by the employers electrical engineer before placing the order with the manufacturer.
However approximate length of cables are shown herewith. Payments shall be made as per actual length installed.

4 NS EARTHING FOR ODUs and FAUs
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Bore type, earthing as per WAPDA standards and specifications
comprising of 25 meter 70 mm2 bare Cu stranded conductor, hug in 2 inch dia GI pipe up to slush below ground and
connected to 3/4 inch dia 10 ft. long Cu rod. The rod shall be dipped in mixture of NH4Cl, CaCO3 and Charcoal in the
pipe. Including earth conductivity material : Bentonite Based , Weight Bag 20 kg. Provide a GI Tee and Cap on the top

of the pipe to take the stranded conductor out of the manhole for other connections. Pit with CI/PVC Cover size 2x2
feet included in this job. Earthing set with discunnecting link bars complete with accessories for ODUs and FAUs . To
achieve Earthing value of less then 5 Ohms as per Drawings/ Data approval by Consultant/ Client. The payment shall be
made as per actual work done.
