Instrumentation GST) Per Tender
TUV SUD Office Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai &
Hyderabad.
Scope: TPIA Service as per Customer Requirement at your works As per P.O., Catalogue Technical
Specifications, Drawing etc. against various customer orders..
The Inspection fee includes: Issuance of of Inspection Report.
Other Costs:
GST – 18% shall be charged extra at an applicable rate on the day of Invoice.
Payment Terms:
100 % Payment shall be made before issuing of final documents. All payments must be made by Cheque or Demand
Draft (Payable at Mumbai – only for DD) or through NEFT..
Other Terms & Conditions:
A. Quotation furnished is only valid for the scope indicated in the Quote. If there are any deviations from
this information, the charges may need to be revised accordingly. p.
B. The suppliers shall provide safe and unrestricted access to pertinent work area to TÜV SUD Inspector at
all times. Failure to do so, and delays caused due to no fault of TÜV SUD Inspector, may result in abortive
visits.
C. The scope of inspection is as referred in quotation. The execution may be in association with industry
experts as need arise.
D. Overtime shall be charged at 1.5 times the normal manday rates.
E. Abortive Visit charges @ 100 % of Quoted Man Day charges, if any.
F. Quoted price shall be exclusive of travel time and shall be charged at normal manday rate.
G. The above fees are for Third Party inspection services and does not include Design Services, CE/PED
Services, ASME U-stamp Services, New qualification of WPS/PQR/WPQ. If required fees will be
provided based onrequest considering case to case basis.
H. Any Country Specific Govt. Inspection requirement not covered in above scope of inspection.
I. The approved documents to carry out service to be provided well in advance.Dates for audits shall be
mutually planned and followed up on regular basis to avoid delays from either side..
