SWORN STATEMENT

I, IRENE ALVAREZ NAJORRA, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and a resident of


Alcala, Cagayan, Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I have known TRISTAN B. TULIAO who is the husband of my long-time friend


JHUNIE LUZ H. TULIAO since 2020;

2. I have seen him interacting with JAH ARIANNA ZEIN UANANG, the child of
JHUNIE LUZ with her ex-partner in various capacities;

3. That I have personal knowledge that Tristan supported the said child ever since he
cohabitated with Jhunie Luz;

4. I can honestly say that Tristan is the parent who is best for the child at this
time.

5. Tristan is patient and understanding with the said child and has sufficient income to care
and support the child;

6. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
