ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIY

➢ Study of Drawing, Procedure, Weld Plan, Test plan.


➢ Attending day to day inspection activities.
➢ Preparation of Stage inspection reports and closing of inspection stages in traveler.
➢ Co-ordination with TPI/Customer for inspection stages, arranging inspection& get necessary clearance.
➢ Prepare Documents / record in parallel to job progress.
➢ Studying fabrication drawings and value Engineering.
➢ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
➢ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
➢ Prepare Welds Sketch/Reports for analysis objective& hence to reduce Rework and Rejection.
