Protest Letter

The letter protests the implementation of a municipal ordinance that would greatly increase rental fees for market stalls. The stall owners are requesting that the current rental amounts be maintained as they are still recovering financially from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. They ask the mayor to refrain from implementing the ordinance to avoid further hardship for the stall owners. The letter is signed by two stall owners providing their names and addresses.
