1. Online Application Process.

Step-1: Please type the URL: https://sctvesd.wb.gov.in/ in any web browser.

Step-2: Click on Online Application and select the Online application for admission in Polytechnic
through JEXPRO/VOCLET from drop-down menu.

Step-3: Click on Online Application for Admission tab.

Step-4: Please enter the Name, Email, Mobile No., Aadhar No. and select the applied course from
drop-down menu.

Step-5: After enter the all valid details click on Submit button.

Step-6: Applicant will be received a verification link in registered mail id.

Step-7: After click on verification link OTP validation page will be open and one OTP received in
registered mobile no.

Step-8: Application will put the valid OTP and after OTP validation details Application from will be
open.

Step-9: Please fill-up the Application form.

Step-10: After enter the details click on Save & Draft button.

Step-11: Applicant can verify and check the details before Final submit. If any error is found, then
applicant can edit the application form by clicking on Edit Preview Form button.

Step-12: After verify the details click on Final Submit button to submit the from.

Note: The verification link will be active till the candidate has not finally submitted their
application form.

Step-13: After submit Applicant will pay the registration fees.

Step-14: Click on Proceed to Pay.

Step-15: Click on Confirm Payment button.

Step-16: Applicant can pay the registration fees using Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI and
other payment mode.

Step-17: After successful Payment Applicant can download the payment receipt by clicking on the
Download Receipt button and Acknowledgement slip.

2. Payment Status Checking Process.

Step-1: Click on Payment status check button.

Step-2: Enter the details and click on Submit button.

3. Acknowledgement Slip Download Process.

Step-1: Click on Search with Aadhaar No button.

Step-2: Enter the Aadhaar no. then click on Submit button.

Step-3: Applicant can download the payment receipt by clicking on the Download Receipt button
and Acknowledgement slip.
