taking more responsibility and challenges.

teaching. I have developed strong relationships with my students and colleagues. I have
worked hard to ensure that my students receive relevant and meaningful instruction. I
strive to create a learning environment that is both supportive and engaging. I also have
a strong understanding of the standards and curriculum. I can say that I have been
successful in developing lessons and activities that reflect these standards.

I am confident that I have the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary for
this position. I am excited to take on this new challenge and assertive that I will be able
to contribute to the continued success of the department.
