Crucibles

This document provides specifications for crucibles used in electron beam sources from three manufacturers - EV M-6, EV M-8, and EV M-10. It lists the pocket volume, power rating, and part number for each crucible configuration. Crucibles are available in different volumes from 2cm3 to 500cm3, power ratings from 2kW to 10kW, and with indirect or high power heating options.
