1. Reference:

a. Radio message with cite Number: NCPO-0225-2023-51

2. On February 25, 2023, 10:20 pm, at 129 Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City, one
Bravo Pablo, 20 years old, single, a college student and a resident of the said place
was stab by identified suspect Leo Rosal, legal age, and a resident of Balatas, Naga
City with the use of kitchen knife.

3. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was on his way to san Mateo Street
when the identified suspect Leo Rosal stabs the victim three times and the victim
sustained multiple stab wounds on his back and was rushed to Naga City Hospital
for medical treatment while Leo Rosal was arrested after the incident and the
weapon used was recovered and move to the PNP laboratory.

4. The motive behind the incident is still unknown and the case is still under
investigation.
