The eye area is by far one of the most important in terms of facial and general attractiveness,
which is why my interest in improving this facial area was born. As it is widely known, the area
of the eyes is appreciated transversally in all cultures, regardless of their beauty standards,
hence we know the famous biblical proverb "The eyes are the window to the soul" or "The eyes
are the mirrors of the soul. ", because with them the first impressions are formed.
Physiognomy or Physiognomics, is the study of facial appearance relative to the impressions
that it generates. The eyes, eyebrows, orbitals and muscles that surround them, are capable of
altering our physiognomy in an impressive way, minimal changes in this area can change the
impression from heaven to earth, figuratively. We will make a comparison between distant eye
areas and your initial impressions
Be honest, which of these seems the most dominant, enigmatic,
represents leadership and intelligence?

Now in order to confirm my claims on a solid basis, it has been confirmed by various studies in
evolutionary psychology that the eyes are the most important facial feature for both men and
women, according to the Psychologist of the University of Winchester Daniel Gill in his study
"Women and men integrate facial information differently in appraising the beauty of a face"
from 2017, to later confirm again with a study in 2020.
Among the main discoveries regarding this facial area were:

-The human species has a strong dynamic fixation with the eye area, both when observing
scenes and in regular conversations. Melissa L. Et al. 2012.
-Eyes, nose and mouth are the main characteristics that the brain has adapted to recognize, the
visual cortex sees them first than anything on a face. Matthias S. Keil.
Knowing this information it is imperative that we dedicate ourselves to improving our eye area
in order to increase our perception of beauty, dominance, intelligence and general importance.
Practical guide in order to improve eye area/gaze.
1.-Bone displacement.
Our eyes are embedded within the orbital sockets, the shape, size and morphological relationships of
these can alter the appearance of the entire area, since they not only surround the eye, but also
determine the position of the eyebrows, interocular separation and from less to greater measure our
canthal inclination. Here is a diagram of the area:
As we know, muscle-skeletal tissue is affected by the influence of sex hormones and growth peptides.
An orbital area masculinized by testosterone tends to have prominence of the frontal bone in its lower
part, specifically the area that runs from the supraorbital border, passing through the glabella and
superciliary arch. In the following diagram I will show a male orbital area in contrast to a female one:

How to modify my bone displacement?
Method 1, Bone hypertrophy (size and shape):
- As we already know, in healthy organisms, when loading the bone with tension and mechanical load,
the biomechanism of bone remodeling is triggered, allowing bone gain in local areas.
For this we must get a ball of clay or device of preference, it is very important that our object adapts to
the shape of our orbital, that is, to favor the ergonomics of the object. For this I use white clay and mold
it freely.
Once we have our ball, we must warm up the area to receive repetitive low-medium intensity hits. For
this we start with soft and short strokes until we feel a small inflammation.
We aim at the supraorbital edge from the bottom up and hit with the ball, emphasizing not using a lot of
force but effectively feeling pain and mild inflammation. Then we move to the hit area until we reach
the supraorbital incisuration and glabella. This will change the shape of the orbital as it has more bone,
therefore it will compact and become more prominent, with anterior growth (growth from the front).
The brow ridge or brow ridge should also be struck, since this will give us the necessary projection and
dimorphism to correct a fragile/femeine orbital.
Here are the routine and programming that you must follow to obtain results. Personally, my orbitals
had changed significantly at 4 months and within the 6-month range I achieved a high aesthetic level
prominence and 99th percentile in anthropometric classification (more prominence than 99% of men).

Recommendation: It is important to have a diet high in the micronutrients necessary to trigger
remodeling. Here are these:

Cervical-cranial arrangement:
As confirmed in various studies, the cranial base is affected by cervical (neck) alignment, for this
reason it is important to have a correct posture, so we will be able to align the frontal bone at
the lowest possible point (reducing eye space eyebrow and achieving bone coverage/hooding).
When we have bad posture or nerd neck, as it is commonly known, the cranial base is
misaligned and we raise the head as a compensatory movement to the fall of the neck,
therefore the frontal bone rises and we lose the coverage of the ocular area and making us
have elongated orbitals, which is the opposite of what we are looking for.

As we can see, the alignment of each vertebra/cervical is important as it modifies the cranial
base.
Corrective exercises for kyphosis / nerd neck:
1. Chin tuck: Standing straight against the wall or simply in a straight
posture we try to lift the back of the head as high as possible while
tucking the chin as far in as possible (until we have many double chins
/ double chin).
We must repeat this exercise several times a day to correct the cranial
tilt or "cranial offset". It is recommended between 5 and 20 times a
day, 5-15 repetitions.

2. Improvement of the soft tissue. Skin, fat and muscle.
As we know, the eye area is also surrounded by soft tissue and
muscles, the improvement of this will also increase the attractiveness
of your eyes.
Method 1:
Eyelid Pulling / Eyelid Pull:
It is an extremely simple and functional method to pull the palpebral
(eyelid) fat deposits down.
Step 1: - With two fingers we pick/pinch the skin between the
eyebrow and the eyelid.
Step 2: Gently stretch this skin, try to feel fat between your fingers.
Step 3: We pull or pull down towards the eye.
We repeat 5-25 times, try to make each repetition last between 1 and
5 seconds. Do 1 to 4 times a day.
My results with this technique were almost instantaneous and I did it
for 14 days. If you have more elastic skin, I recommend a month of
work.
Method 2: Orbicularis (orbital) muscle training.
This method is even simpler and there are anecdotes reporting an
improvement in the canthal inclination as the practice strengthens the
Infraorbital support.
Step 1: We tighten the eye muscles as if we wanted to close the eyes
hardly/with intent.
Step 2: We hold from 1 to 10 seconds depending on the preferred
intensity.
Step 3: We release the muscle contraction.
Step 4: We repeat until we feel slight tension.
We repeat this exercise several times a day, doing 10 legitimate reps.
Method 3: Squinting or "Angry Face".
This method also aims to strengthen the muscles that surround the
eye, unlike the previous exercise, this one focuses more on the
eyebrows and its result is a reduction of the eye-eyebrow distance,
eliminating excess lid exposure (much eyelid) .
This exercise will also circulate more blood in the supraorbital area,
making it grow more easily and also mechanically loading the area.
Step 1: From the base position of the face, tighten the following
muscles.
Step 2: Hold the position for a few seconds.
Step 3: Repeat as desired.
The result of making this face or facial expression will look like this:
Special Considerations:
Some of these exercises can cause wrinkles known as crow's feet,
quite prevalent in hooded or hunter eyes.
Michelle Morrone and his crow's feet, although his eyes are highly
attractive, can be a nuisance for some people. That is why I leave you
a section on risk prevention below:
You will need: Derma roller or facial massager, Retinol 1% and
preferably a Derma Needler (10 USD).
We apply retinol 2-3 days a week varying your level of roughness and
dermal deterioration.
We massage the area with a derma roller, the complete orbital. All
very smooth and fluid.
Derma needling (optional), the small needles of the Needler will make
us bleed, this blood serves as a rejuvenating agent for the skin.
