About Me
I am Nontokozo Nontobeko Ntuli. I'm 25 years old.
I was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa
and my hometown is KwaNdebele in KwaMhlanga.
I'm currently furthering my studies in agriculture
and doing my Postgraduate Diploma in Crop
Science at the Tshwane University of Technology.
My motto is God and my family come first.
I am passionate about dancing. Since I was 6 I
have enjoyed dancing when I was 6. When my
mother was pregnant with me, she said that she
saw an AD of a Ballerina and she said to herself
that I would do that one day... As a toddler my
shoes always wore out in the front. My nursery
school teacher decided to put me in a ballet class
and I've been dancing ever since.
 Vision
I have done many forms of dance namely: Ballet,
Jazz, Spanish, Contemporary, Afro-fusion,
Modern, and Hip-Hop. In 2015 I went to Los
Angeles to compete internationally in acting,
modelling and dancing, I got 1st Runner up in the
dancing section. My desire is to perform more.
                   Mission
I have been dancing in my church as well as at
other church celebrations. I also volunteer in the
church by teaching other young people in the
church various styles of dancing. I choreograph
solos, duets and group dances. My desire is to
one day perform and do choreography for dinner
galas plus large philanthropic events that will
bring assistance to underdeveloped communities.

    Testimonial
I attended Pro Arte Alphen Park High School in Pretoria where I
cultivated various dance skills. I was always chosen by my peers to be
a representative of the dance Council. I would excel in auditions and
be selected for different dances. As my confidence grew and I
performed at more prestigious I found that my passion for dance
deepened. The joy that I have received has led me to want to give that
same joy to others through my various skill sets.
It has been a natural, emotional impulse to teach and inform those
around me about the benefits of dance. Philanthropy addresses the
root cause of social issues and requires a more strategic, long-term
approach but dance is an expression that everyone can do if taught
the right way. After my engagement with Akwande Crafters Exhibition,
I then realised that I too can use my craft to make an impact on others
to make a difference in my community.
