MACHINE PERFOMANCE CRITERIA:-

The maximum output is based on 540mm wide sheet with 0.5mm thickness at maximum RPM of screw
with trim. Finish sheet will have good dimensional stability, free from Gel spot, fish eye, and die marks.
The output & sheet thickness depends upon material grade, regrind content and bulk density, regrind flake
geometry, ambient and operating temperatures , line speed , die setting etc. We recommend that do not
use flakes with a bulk density below 0.30/g/cc passed through the grind of 7diameter.

Construction : Mainframe of the machine is of compact, robust construction

fabricated from hollow box section and steel plate to withstand
continuous use under production conditions.
Prime and painted to provide hardwearing oil and heat
resistance finish.

Material Barrel : EN-41 B, Toughened (35 to 37RC), Stress Relieved and Gas
Nitride hardened (65 – 67RC).

 4. VERTICAL CALENDER UNIT: [RRCAL/V – 200/200/200 x 650 ]

Unit Structure : All the three rolls are of double shell-jacketed type with spiral
construction multi-start designed flow channels for facilitating
uniform roll temperature across the width. The external
surface is hardened & hard chrome plated and is super
finished. Rolls are fitted on bearing and supported by sturdy
jacket for passing of the fluid. Rotary joints are provided for
the rolls for cooling. Spiral type designed flow channels
facilitate circulation of water through the rolls. Center roll is in
the fixed position and the upper & bottom rolls are movable by
pneumatic cylinder arrangement. Common drive is provided
for all three-calendar rolls.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. TECHNICAL: Since our product undergoes continuous evolution, we reserve rights to modify
performance figures, data – specifications etc. quoted, without prior intimation.

2. PRICES: Ex-works, UN – Packed, transportation will be charged extra as actual.

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
a) 50% Advance inclusive GST With Purchase order,
b) 25% 2nd advance inclusive GST before 15 days of trial &
c) Balance After Successful trial & Testing of Machine at RR’S site Against Proforma Invoice.

4. TAXES: All applicable taxes will be borne by the customer,

A) For Intrastate (Within Maharashtra)– CGST (9%) + SGST (9%)
B) For Interstate (Out of Maharashtra) – IGST (18%)

 In case Gross value of the Goods & Services exceeds Rs.50,00,000/- thereafter 0.10% TCS
(u/s. 206 as per Income Tax Act, 1961.) will be applicable & borne by the customer.

5. DELIVERY: 12-14 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed order and 50% advance payment
whichever is later. Delivery of the machine will be done once the buyer is satisfied with the
performance of the machine during the trial & only if all balance amounts is cleared. We will start
the packing of Machine immediately after the receipt of final payment & it will take at least 4days to
deliver the machine. If machine is not picked up within 7days from the date of successful trial then
RRP will take another 60 Days for next Delivery schedule & divert the machine to other customer if
possible or RRP will charge godown hiring charges @ Rs. 5000/sq.mtr/month & interest for the
amount invested @ 2% per month.

6. PACKING: Crate packing @ 2% extra cost & Suitable Packing @ 1% extra cost & Flexible Packing –
0.5%. Supplier suggests for packing as supplier is not responsible for any damage during transit.
Machine should be in unpacked condition when our engineer visits buyer’s site for installation.

 7. INSURANCE: Insurance is compulsory, as supplier will not be responsible for any damage to the
machinery during the transit.

8. FORMS: Seller will generate E-waybill.

9. CANCELLATION OF ORDER: Order once placed will not be subsequently cancelled for any reason
whatsoever. In the case of orders being cancelled the entire amount of the advance will be forfeited

10. ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:

a) Our service engineer will supervise erection, installation and commissioning of the plant.
b) All To & Fro, Lodging & Boarding charges has to be borne by the buyer.
c) Buyer will have to provide all necessary tools, material, skilled and unskilled labour for erection and
commissioning at buyers expense.
d) Rs. 5000/day/engineer for his visit (Starting from the day engineer leaves from Mumbai till he is
back in Mumbai).

Note: Any Engineer If Required For Any Outsourced Material Then Additional Charges Will
Be Applicable As Per Their Company Policy. These Charges Will Include Their Service
Charges, All To & Fro Local Conveyance Expenses & Lodging & Boarding Charges

11. TRIALS: Trial Will Be Conducted Only After Receipt Of 75% Amount To Our A/C. We will have to
conduct trial to establish the performance of the plant. Material required for such trails will have to
be supplied by the buyer at buyers own cost. Electricity, water and labour charges consumed for
this will be charged extra (as actual). Material quantity shall be informed later to run the machine.
Trial report has to be signed and stamp by the buyer to indicate the satisfaction of the buyer.

12. WARANTEE: 12 months from date of supply, against manufacturing defects. For all bought out
items, we will provide the warrantee cards of the sources directly.

13. VALIDITY OF QUOTATION: 30 days from date of issue and thereafter it will be subject to our
confirmation.

14. JURISDICTION: Subject to Thane-Rural Jurisdiction.
