authorise ____________________________________ (Name of my Authorised
Representative), to be my Authorised Representative for the purpose of entering into a
contract for and on my behalf with Sunseap Energy Pte Ltd, for the supply of electricity to my
premises at _______________________________________________ (Address of my
premises requiring electricity supply).

2. I confirm that my Authorised Representative named above will provide the following for
verification by Sunseap Energy Pte Ltd:

a. This Authorisation Letter duly signed by me;

b. A copy of my SP bill

3. I understand and acknowledge that if the above documents cannot be verified, Sunseap
Energy Pte Ltd will not enter into any contract for the supply of electricity to the above
premises.

Acknowledgement

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that all information supplied above is true, complete and accurate.
