RTI ACT-2005

IMPORTANT OFFICERS AND THEIR DUITES

The following are the officers working in the office of the Spl.Dy.Collector (LA),
APIIC, Visakhapatnam & their duties.

1) Spl.Dy.Collector & Public Relation Officer :- He is head of the office of the


Spl.Dy.Collector (LA), APIIC & he is discharging the duties of L.A in the villages as
required by APIIC & payment of compensation to ‘D’ patta holders, encroachers of Govt.,
lands ex-gratia as instructed by the District Collector, Visakhapatnam.

2) Superintendent :- He is monitoring the staff and to supervise the work of A & B Sr.Assts
in the office. He is also designated as APIO.

3) Dy.Tahsildar 2 :- He is to supervise the work relating to the RI-I & II in respect of L.A.

4) Dy.Tahsildar 3 :- He is to supervise the work relating to the RI-III & IV in respect of L.A.

5) RI-I :- She deals with L.A cases in respect of the lands required for HNPCL, Rachapalli,
Narava, Pudimadaka-9, Parawada Block-2, Rajayyapeta Bl-1, D.L.Puram Bl-3, Gunipudi Bl-
1. She has also to look after the Court cases in respect of the said villages.

6) RI-2 :- She deals with the L.A cases in respect of villages of Parawada, Rachapalli,
Narava, Pudimadaka, Ravipalem Bl-4, Tantadi Bl-2, Chandanada, Bl-7, 8, 9, Gunipudi Bl-2,
3 & Pentakta Bl-1. She has also to look after the Court cases in respect of the said villages.

7) RI-3 :- L.A work relating to the Parawada, Rachapalli, Narava, Pudimadaka, Bayyavaram,
Etikoppaka, Ravipalem Bl-3, Tantadi Bl-1, Vempadu Bl-3 Chandanada Bl-1 & Gunipudi Bl-
4. He has also to look after the Court cases in respect of the said villages.

8) Sr.Asst-A :- He is deals with cash book relating to L.A, maintenance of Budget, Security
Register, Bank transactions, Audit & contingent bills. He is also dealing with L.A cases in
respect of Parawada, Pudimadaka, G.Koduru, Rachapalli, Rajayyapeta Bl-1 to 6, Dosuru Bl-
1, 2, 3, 7, Ravipalem Bl-1, Tantadi Bl-3, Vempada Bl-1, D.L.Puram Bl-1, 2 & 5. He has also
to look after the Court cases in respect of the said villages.
9) Sr.Asst-B :- He is dealing with payment of compensation to ‘D’ patta holders & exgratia
to Govt., land encroachers in respect of Chippada & Jogannapalem village. He also deals
with L.A cases in respect of Dosuru Bl-4, 5, 6, 8, Lankelapalem, Rachapalli Bl-16, Tamaram,
Parawada Bl-4, Ravipalem Bl-2, Pudimadaka Bl-11, 12, D.L.Puram Bl-1, 2 & Chandanada
Bl-1, 2, 3. He is also entrusted to the residuary work of SEZ-I.

10) Jr.Asst -1 :- He deals with pay bills & leave accounts of the staff, RTI Act & residuary
work of PMIP work.

11) Jr.Asst-2 :- He is deals with residuary work of SEZ-II & NH-5 and also court cases
related to them.

12) Typist :- Typing of all papers pertaining to the office and also dispatch work maintaining
of RTI Act register.

13) Spl.Surveyor-1 :- He is to attend surveyor work as entrusted by the Spl.Dy.Colllector


(LA), APIIC and maintenance of Surveyor work.

14) Spl.Surveyor-2 :- He is entrusted to verify the structures on the lands under acquisition.
15) Spl.Surveyor-3 :- He is entrusted to verify the structures on the lands under acquisition.
