Mechanics Amazing Race

Day 1 Afternoon

AMAZING RACE

“Discover the power of teamwork, race towards victory”

This is our chance to create a sense of togetherness and build incredible morale as a team.

RULES:

 All members must go together until they reach and finish the task given.
 Don’t use any kind of transportation most especially SINGLE MOTORS to move to another station.
 Each station will be given a limited time to finish the entire task.
 Per guild must finish the task given.
 As a proof, per station each guild must bring 1 mobile phone and take a group selfie after finishing the task given.

GUIDELINE:

STATION 1: SACK RACE

LOCATION: SOCCER FEILD

(5 players)

1. Holding on to the top of your sack while standing within it.


2. When one of the player screams GO! Hurry to the finish line as fast as you can.
3. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
4. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue puzzle (10 points) – 1st

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th

STATION 2: POP ME HARD

LOCATION: BESIDE REGISTRAR


(6 PLAYERS)

1. Each player has their own balloon


2. Each player must pop the balloon by sitting down on it.
3. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
4. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue puzzle (10 points) – 1st

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th

STATION 3: FILL ME

LOCATION: VOLLEY BALL COURT 1

(5 PLAYERS)

1. Each player holds a dipper.


2. The first player holding the dipper will take water from the bucket and pass it to the player next to him until reaching the end.
3. The last person will pour water into the bucket behind him.
4. Repeat the task until they fill the bucket with water.
5. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
6. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue puzzle (10 points) – 1st

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th

STATION 4: TRANSFER ME!


LOCATION: BASKETBALL COURT

(5 PLAYERS)

1. Each player must transfer a pile of 5 Nips from one plate to another while holding the straw with only one hand.
2. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
3. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue puzzle (10 points) – 1st

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th

STATION 5: FIND ME

LOCATION: VOLLEY BALL COURT 2

(3 PLAYERS)

1. Each player needs to blow the flour to find the coins.


2. Using their mouth, they’ll going to transfer the coins to other plate.
3. Each team must find 5 coins.
4. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
5. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th


STATION 6: CALAMANSI RELAY

LOCATION: CSU LEGAL AID CLINIC

(6 PLAYERS)

1. Each team member will carry the calamansi while holding a plastic spoon in their mouth. Starting from a particular point, the member runs
to a specific location and then returns to his teammates, where she passes the calamansi by using the spoon.
2. The team will be given a piece of puzzle as their equivalent points according to their finish time.
3. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue puzzle (10 points) – 1st

Yellow puzzle (8 points) – 2nd

Green puzzle (6 points) – 3rd

Red puzzle (4 points) – 4th

STATION 7: TIMED JIGSAWS

LOCATION: SOCCER FIELD 1ST TREE

(ALL MEMBERS)

1. All members must have fixed the puzzle they collected.


2. If any team will be tied in points gained, that’s the time to compare what time they’ve finish the task.

Blue Flag (10 points) – 1st


Yellow Flag (8 points) – 2nd

Green Flag (6 points) – 3rd

Red Flag (4 points) – 4th
