Objectives of the Handwriting Course
1. Improve Handwriting Quality
To help students enhance the clarity, neatness, and beauty of their handwriting through consistent
guided practice.
2. Build Daily Writing Discipline
Encourage students to develop a regular habit of writing neatly by following a structured 14-day
plan.
3. Increase Writing Speed with Legibility
Train students to write faster without compromising on handwriting quality — a key skill for exams.
4. Promote Focus and Patience
Writing with care improves concentration, patience, and mindfulness.
5. Instill Pride in Written Work
Help students gain confidence and pride in their own written communication.
Guidelines for Using the Handwriting Form
1. Start with the Basics
Begin on Day 1. Write slowly and carefully, focusing on letter formation, spacing, and alignment.
2. One Page Per Day Rule
Complete one page every day. Do not skip days. Consistency builds skill.
3. Use Black or Blue Pen Only
Avoid using pencils, sketch pens, or fancy inks. Stick to standard writing pens.
4. Sit with Proper Posture
Maintain good posture while writing. Sit straight, and place the sheet on a hard surface.
5. Write Between the Lines
Use the given lines as guides. Keep the size of your letters consistent throughout.
6. No Erasing Allowed
If you make a mistake, draw one clean line through it and rewrite. Don’t scratch or overwrite.
7. Review Progress Weekly
Compare your writing from Day 1, Day 7, and Day 14 to see your own improvement.
8. Submit for Feedback
On Day 7 and Day 14, show your form to your teacher (Pramod Sir) for feedback.
9. Do Not Rush
Speed comes later. First focus on forming each letter correctly and beautifully.
10. Be Honest With Yourself
This form is not for competition but for personal growth. Be sincere in your efforts.
