ORDER

Filed before this Court is a Motion for Reduction of Bail dated


August 30, 2018 on the recommended amount of bail bond by the Office
of the City Prosecutor, Lucena City.

It appears from the records that the recommended bail is Twelve


Thousand Pesos (Php12,000.00) and that the accused prays that the
same be reduced to Six Thousand Pesos (Php6,000.00), with comment
by City Prosecutor Joel Baligod that he has no objection that the bail be
reduced to Eight Thousand Pesos (Php8,000.00).

Considering the circumstances of the case as borne by the


supporting documents, the motion is found to be meritorious. The
motion is granted with modification.

WHEREFORE, the bail bond for the provisional liberty of herein


accused is hereby reduced to Eight Thousand Pesos (Php8,000.00) to be
posted in Cash with the Office of the Clerk of Court, Lucena City.

SO ORDERED.
