Defreezing

Respected Sir,

I am and had availed loan from your bank vide loan account number….

That I had informed you that due to Covid induced difficulties, my financial status had taken a hit and
hence I couldn’t make the payment on time.

That I have informed you on several occasions that I intend to pay the amount and even to date, I
stand on my commitment to repay the amount, however due to the financial difficulties, I am unable
to do.

That now I have discovered that my account and all services associated with it like ATM card, cheque
etc have been stopped. This will further make things difficult for me in repayment of loan. Hence, I
request you to kindly remove lien on my account so that I can carry on with my attempt to gather
fund to repay the loan.

I hope that you will look into this and give a positive response for which I shall be ever grateful.
