Dear Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a concern regarding the interest rate on my housing
loan, which was sanctioned on 16th October 2021 under Loan ID 5157349547 At the time of
sanction, the rate of interest applicable to my loan was 6.85%. However, I have recently
observed that the interest rate has increased to 8.25%.

I am finding it increasingly difficult to manage the EMI payments. Therefore, I kindly request
you to consider reducing the interest rate on my loan. Additionally, I would also like to
request an increase in the tenure of the loan, which would help in reducing the EMI amount
and make it more manageable for me.

I would be grateful if my request could be considered sympathetically and processed at the


earliest. Please let me know the documents or formalities, if any, required from my side.
