Leader Behind HSAPL
Mr. Jiya, with over 20 years of industry experience, laid the foundations of his dream company in 2007 with an employee strength
of just 10 people then, that has now expanded to a workforce of 200.
With over a decade of experience in the MEP Industry, he is solely responsible for moulding the company from scratch and bringing
it up to its current position. His area of expertise being Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Contracts, which form the main
stay of his business. In addition to his primary responsibilities of running the company and shaping the overall business strategy,
He keeps himself actively involved in the engineering, design, and execution teams within the organization and stays in close sync
with his customers. A dynamic personality with charisma and vision are the distinct hallmarks of his leadership. Complete
transparency and integrity with clients and ethical business practices have time and again earned him respect from clients and
associates, alike.
He always endeavoured to birth a branch in India so as to create extensive direct and indirect employment opportunities for his
fellow countrymen. He is fondly moniker as – ‘The Phoenix’ - always rising from the ashes to drive his team at HSAPL

Safety Policy
It is the Policy of the Board of Directors of HSAPL that all work and
operations be carried out within the requirements of the Health and Safety
at Work Act, 1974 and all other relevant statutory provisions and Codes of
Practice.
The Company Safety Manager will monitor the effectiveness of the policy
and advise and instruct all employees on safe working practices. The Policy
will undergo constant review and revision when required. Every employee
strives to maintain the highest standards of safety and comply fully with the
Act and the provisions laid down within this Policy and our internal Safety
and Environmental Procedures/Manual. The Board of Directors
acknowledge that safety training is an essential component in establishing a
safe system of work and ensure that training of employees in Health and
Safety requirements will be provided as appropriate. The Directors and
Senior Management of HSAPL constantly strive to ensure, the health and
safety of its employees and others who may be affected by its operations.
