Walker 2030 Mk2

The document describes the Walker 2030 Mk2 wind speed and direction system. It uses a P296 combined anemometer cup and vane direction sensor that connects to a P1251 indicator to display digital wind speed and direction readings. An optional P1066 true wind interface unit can calculate true wind data from the sensor readings. The system provides accurate wind measurement in a robust and compact package for marine vessel use.

Walker

2030 Mk2

Wind Speed and

Direction System
The Walker 2030 uses a Combined Anemometer Cup & Vane
Direction Sensor, the P296. This gives high accuracy in a robust
compact package!
The Sensor connects directly to a standard Walker DIN 96 x 96 wind
speed & direction indicator, the P1251, which gives digital displays of
relative wind speed & direction.
True wind systems are available by using this sensor with the Walker
P1066 True Wind Interface Unit.
