      We, Engr. Rhoda Dizon, Ms. Marites Salva, and Atty. Patrio Señeres, Jr. the
undersigned incorporators of STRONG ARMS CONSTRUCTION, INC. (STRONG
ARMS, for brevity) would like to express our firm desire to seek your investment in our
business venture.
        STRONG ARMS is a start-up company in the construction sector, but it is
composed of three pioneering members who possess vast experience, knowledge, and
skills to deliver their respective tasks. Please also see the attached company profile of
Strong Arms Construction Inc for your kind perusal.
       We are confident that our team has the necessary skills and experience to make
this venture a success. However, we require additional funding to make this happen. We
are seeking investment for our present and future projects in exchange for a percentage of
equity in the company which will be discussed once our scheduled meeting is set.
        Hence, we would like to request an appointment for our face-to-face meeting at
your convenient time. We are very eager to discuss our detailed business plan and
financial projections. Our company will prepare a written business plan and will present
it to you for your perusal and review, which outlines our growth strategy and the potential
returns on investment. Part of our business plan is the breakdown of how the investment
will be used to fund our operations and achieve our milestones. At present, Strong Arms
will provide manpower services in one of the major projects of SMDC, located in Metro
Manila which will be disclosed in our meeting.
