LIVING LIGHT
The Ginko outdoor projector offers the possibility of choos-
ing between two wattages and a wide range of optics, in-
cluding very narrow 5°, and elliptical optics.

Sharp optics are also available, which create light beams

with pin-sharp edges. The largest version of Ginko offers the
chance to combine the sharp optics with a shadow-effect
filter accessory that recreates the natural dappled effect of
light shining through foliage.

RGBW REMASTERED
The Lyss is a lighting fixture suitable for outdoor installations
on façades, windowsills or archways, thanks to its compact
dimensions, which make it barely visible against
the architecture.
The RGBW version has a special lens specifically designed
to produce outstanding chromatic uniformity.
COLORSENSE technology chromatically blends and shapes
RGBW light, producing a 12°x160° beam.

ELLIPTICAL OPTICS To make it easier for lighting professionals to precisely aim

the lights on site, for some fixtures with elliptical optics, we
offer the possibility of directing the light manually with a sys-
ADJUSTED tem that is as simple as it is safe: a magnet.
This enables them to aim the lights quickly and autonomous-

WITH A MAGNET ly, without the need for a technician to adjust the optics.

THE ADVANTAGES The bodies of some L&L fixtures, such as the Corso outdoor
recessed fixture, are made of graphite-filled semi-crystalline
technopolymer. This material has excellent heat dissipation,
OF TECHNOPOLYMER making it possible to house the power supply unit inside the
lighting fixture.

Heat dissipation, resistance to corrosion, The material cannot be damaged by atmospheric agents,
low weight and low environmental impact so it is the ideal choice for saline and high-corrosion envi-
ronments (salt-spray tested for 2000 hours). Further benefits
include its low specific weight, which is five times lower than
stainless steel, and its reduced environmental impact (zero
waste is created in the process of moulding the product
body, and the technopolymer can be completely recycled).

A GLASS COVER THAT’S

ROBUST AND STYLISH
The Moby IP68 recessed lighting fixture has a vitrified, seri-
graphed glass cover, up to 16-mm thick. This feature makes
it extremely resistant to impacts – IK10 – and perfect for in-
stallation in salt water, while also ensuring that it integrates
fully into the walls of your pool or water feature to the point
of disappearing entirely, focusing attention on the lighting.

PROTECTION SYSTEMS Our R&D team is dedicated to creating and improving pro-
tection systems that are always at the cutting edge of what
is possible.

This symbol identifies a lighting fixture with EPS, which protects fixtures for indoor applica-
tions against electrical problems. This innovation, patented by L&L, guarantees electrical
ELECTRICAL PROTECTION protection against polarity reversal, hot plugging and voltage spikes of up to 48Vdc, which
SYSTEM can occur if there are faults in the electrical circuit.

The IPS protects lighting fixtures from water infiltrations, which can occur if there are faulty
junctions between the cables in outdoor or underwater applications. This innovation, pat-
INTELLIGENT PROTECTION ented by L&L, also guarantees electrical protection against polarity reversal, hot plugging,
SYSTEM ESD and power surges, which can occur if there are faults in the electrical circuit.

The PID protects lighting fixtures from electrical phenomena external to the system, such
as static electricity accumulation or electromagnetic interference coming from the mains
PROTECTIVE IMPEDANCE power. Generally, these are events with a low energy content.
DEVICE

The SPD protects lighting fixtures from electrical phenomena external to the system, such
as power surges. In particular, this device is specifically for protection against serious
SURGE PROTECTION events with a high energy content.
DEVICE

This is an NTC thermistor mounted on the LED board to protect the lighting fixture against
overheating. Should the product function at an operating temperature greater than the
BUILT-IN TEMPERATURE maximum temperature at which it can operate correctly, the protection is activated and
SENSOR gradually reduces the power. The NTC causes the integrated electronic parts to cool down
to avoid the lighting fixture instantly switching itself off.
When the operating temperature is again within normal range, the NTC automatically re-
stores the lighting fixture’s original operating conditions.

TONE ON TONE Ultimate colour customisation: in addition to offering cu-

stomers the option of requesting fixtures painted in a given
RAL colour, in an innovative move, L&L also supplies them
prepared with primer. This neutral, adhering coating readies
the surface of the fixtures to be finished with the same paint
as the wall or ceiling that they are attached to. The result
is that the fixtures blend into their surroundings, focusing
attention on the light output alone.
