General Indications
Description One-pack premixed cementitious self-leveling mortar, fluid consistence featured,
consisting from high-resistance cements, selected silicon/quartz mineral charges
Construction
and specific additives. Specific to realize regularizations of indoor substrates subject
to be successively cladded with ceramic, plastics, natural stones, floating or fixed
parquet, linoleum, moquette.
Fields of application Fast-setting leveling in 1 to 10 mm thickness of indoor substrates before cladding
light traffic areas (Class P2 according to UPEC rules) such as flats, libraries and simi-
lar areas.
Fast-setting leveling in 3 to 10 mm thickness of indoor substrates before cladding
heavy traffic areas (Class P3 according to UPEC rules) such as offices, airports,
schools, hospitals, public areas, etc.

Allowed substrates Utilize Sika® Primer-11 W or, alternatively, Sika® Primer-21 W diluted 1:1 with water
/primers for cement-based absorbing screeds, anhydrite screed, heating floor (water system);
Utilize Sika® Primer-21 W genuine for concrete screed helicopter finished, linoleum,
PVC or vinyl, ceramic or marble floors.
Application Conditions
Method of use Substrate preparation
The substrate must be perfectly flat, tight and free from parts easily removable, non-
deformable and aged. By evaluation of the support, apply the specific primer as indi-
cated previously.
Mixing procedure
Mix one bag with 6 liters of water (24% ± 1%), utilizing an electric blender with a sui-
table mixing spiral at low speed, in a clean bucket, up to obtain a smooth paste free
of lumps. To avoid the formation of lumps, very harmful, it is advisable to proceed by
dosing at the beginning a low quantity of water so in order to obtain an homogeneous
mixture, but very viscous. Successively, add the remaining amount of water to obtain
the optimal fluid-viscous consistency of the mixture.
Do not exceed in any way with the amount of water that would cause the detachment
of leveling.
Allow the mixture to cure 2-3 minutes, scrape the bucket bottom and check that there
was no segregation, otherwise add more powder, stir briefly and pour the mixture
onto the substrate.
Use 500 rpm max. blender; do not mix at faster rate because of mechanical strength
decay of the cured product. The product can be pumped through specific devices
(contact the Technical Service).
Application
Pour the product onto the substrate and spread with flat trowel, realizing minimum
thickness of 1 mm.
Immediately after having distributed the blended material, move a spiked roller over
the whole surface, before the product starts setting.
If Sika® Level-110 were applied as a substrate intended for wooden floors, the thick-
ness to be applied must not be less than 3 mm.
Warnings Do not add more water to the already hydrated mixture, do not add anything not pro-
vided in this data sheet.
Do not use for outdoor floorings.
Not suitable for floorings subject to continuative rising damp.
Wait the expected time between the application of primers and the application of the
product.
Do not use on flexible substrates, or on wood.
Do not apply on thickness higher than 10 mm.
By the weather and application conditions on building site, drying times may be sub-
stantially different.
Safety measures
Precaution For further informations and advices regarding safety rules, uses and storage of the
chemical product users should refer to the latest Safety Data Sheet, in which are
explained physical, toxicological and environmental informations along with safety
behaviours.
Ecology Do not dispose unused product and empty packaging into the environment. See the
latest Safety Data Sheet for further informations.
