AC690 - is the most advanced AC service station for car, truck and bus. Fully SPECIFICATION
automatic and user friendly it has been developed for use on all Automotive R134a Voltage: 220-240v AC 50 Hz
air conditioning systems with the minimum of user intervention possible. The AC690 Refrigerants: R134A
automatically controls the recovery, recycling, vacuum and recharging process for Weight: 110kg

Complete Automation
The AC690 Pro offers complete “programme and walk away” capability. This
is achieved with two additional scales which firstly, weigh recovered oil and
automatically injects the same amount of fresh oil plus any extra oil if required. UV
dye injection is also automatic when selected.
Automatic Operation / Vehicle Database
The user can run either in “manual” or “automatic” (expert or beginner) mode for
maximum flexibility. “Automatic” option reduces “hands on” time to around 5 minutes
per job (with automatic leak check) and allows you to select “make”, “model” & “type”
of vehicle (from the 3,900 available on the OEM database). Refrigerant charge, oil
viscosity and quantity are then displayed and confirmed. The database now has full
edit and key up-date facilities.
Unique Diagnostic Programme
The integrated diagnostic programme is extremely powerful. From key temperature
and pressure data the programme diagnoses possible faults and rectifications,
saving time and improving service levels. This functionality replicates expensive
stand-alone “A/C fault-finding / Diagnostic” tools very effectively. In fact, the data
used to gauge “normal” parameters is make / model specific where other equipment
will often use “universal” data, decreasing accuracy in the process.
Printer
The AC690 Pro is sold with an integrated printer. This has been up-graded to allow
you to print your company details (inc. telephone number) along with date, time,
refrigerant recovered, refrigerant charged, oil recovered, oil charged, vacuum time
and vacuum leak test pass / fail and “Next Service” date. Customer and vehicle
details are also on printout when selected from database. The printer can help both
the sales process and record-keeping and print-outs can be generated at any stage
of operation.
Flush-Prepared
The AC690 Pro is sold prepared for liquid refrigerant flushing with integrated software
support. A machine kit and adaptor kit are available as optional extras to up-grade to
full liquid refrigerant flushing capability. Flushing removes contamination and debris
and is essential when components (especially the compressor) have failed. Flushing
is mandatory following compressor failure or system contamination by many vehicle
and compressor manufacturers for warranty purposes.
