SUMMONS FOR DIRECTIONS

(Under Order 11A rule 1 of the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules, 2019)

LET ALL PARTIES CONCERNED attend in the Registrar’s chambers at High Court of Uganda at Mbarara
on the 05th day of December 2021 at 9 O’clock in the morning on the hearing of an application for
directions in this action that;

1. The parties file a joint scheduling memorandum, trial bundle and witness statements within
a time that shall be prescribed by court.
2. The suit be fixed before the trial judge for a scheduling conference within 45 days from the
issuance of summons for directions unless the time is otherwise extended
3. The costs of the summons be in the cause
