INFORMED CONSENT

Good day Ma'am/Sir! We are Senior High School Students from STEM 11 Y1-11 in
Our Lady of Fatima University (Valenzuela Campus), under the direction of Mr. John
Phaul Singian, in Practical Research 1. We are currently conducting a research study
titled: "A phenomenological study on couples who have been married for several years
but still have no children".
The purpose of this investigation is to provide knowledge and awareness to the people
regarding the lived and experiences of couples who have been married for several years
but still have no children. This investigation aims to know and understand the
experiences of couples who have been married for several years but still have no
children. The researchers want to gather information to better understand the difficulties,
feelings, and experiences that couples have despite the things they show to the people
around them.
Your participation in this study is voluntary, and the decision to participate or not is
entirely up to you. The researchers will use pseudonymized data to maintain
confidentiality and ensure that only they have access to the information. You can rest
assured that your identity will remain anonymous, and your privacy and safety will be
protected throughout the study.
