In reference to your loan application no. PNB-212722 dated 19-06-2023 , we are pleased to communicate our sanction of Term
Loan of Rs. 13000 (Rs. Thirteen Thousand) under KRISHI TATKAL RIN on terms and conditions given here under and the
terms and conditions of the bank contained in the standard loan documents of the bank for such loans.
You are requested to go through the terms & conditions of the sanction carefully.

Nature of Facility Term Loan
Sanction Limit Rs.13000
Purpose of Loan Household need or any other agri Activities
Security Primary: Hypothecation of crops
Margin NIL
Rate of interest MCLR (1 year) + 1.25% i.e. 9.85 % P.a.
(Presently MCLR (1 year) is 8.60%)
Intimation of change in Interest The borrower shall be deemed to have notice of changes in the rate of interest
Rate whenever there are changes in MCLR either increase or decrease in the interest. By
display of MCLR on the Website of the Bank or published in newspaper or made
through entries of the interest rate charged in the passbook, statement of account
furnished to the Borrower and the Borrower is liable to pay such revised rate of
interest.
Penal Interest 2% over & above the applicable rate shall be charged for the irregular amount and for
the period of irregularity
Service Charges CIR Charge – Rs. 100 + GST
Repayment Period 5 Years; Yearly Installment.
Other terms & conditions a. The arrangement may be cancelled immediately on written notice to that effect given
by the Bank to you without prejudice to any liability under the arrangement.
b. Undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated and/or may be
stipulated from time to time for loan under KRISHI TATKAL RIN.
c. The Bank will be free to verify the information submitted in your loan application
form from any source about your land holding, borrowing or any other aspect
considered necessary by the bank.
d. Disbursement of the credit facilities will be made in existing KCC or Saving account of
the customer.
e. A Standing Instruction (SI) will be marked in the linked Kisan Credit Card
(KCC)/Saving Fund account for the debit of installment due for this loan.
f. The Rate of Interest is subject to change from time to time.
In case, any clarification is needed, kindly bring the matter the notice of the undersigned.
