LGV MODULE 4 – PRACTICAL
ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS
You will be asked five questions from a total of 20
You will be required to score at least 80 out of 100 points,
with at least 15 out of 20 for each question.
Section 1 Ability to load the vehicle with due regard for safety rules
and proper vehicle use.
Question 1.
a) Your fully loaded vehicle is ready for you to make a delivery. Show the checks you would
make to ensure the vehicle is not overloaded.
b) If you are still in doubt, what else could you do?

Close door set seat position, set mirrors, check parking brake and gear lever
