I am concerned for my client Mr. Sunil Bhikaji Kanade ie., Caveator/ Prop.
Respondent No.2. We have filed the caveat application before the Hon’ble
Bombay High Court against the Caveatee in the connection of order dated
24.04.2023 passed in Civil Suit no. 2024 of 2022 by Hon’ble Senior Division
XII at Siwan at Bihar.

In view of the above I hereby serve you the copy of Caveat as and by way of
service upon you.

Further you are hereby requested to notify the Caveator about filing of any
application/ Writ Petition arising out of said order.
