Medicare Frontier Script

This document contains a script for a call attempting to sell Medicare plans. The caller claims rates have dropped 35% and offers discounted quotes. They ask mandatory questions to verify the person has Medicare Part A and B, is between 65-80 years old, makes their own healthcare decisions, and does not have other insurance. The caller then transfers the person to a supervisor who will provide a quote, but the guidelines state the person should be dropped if they do not meet the criteria of having both Parts A and B of Medicare, having Medicaid, or having major health issues or being outside the 65-80 age range.
