Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Mizoram, Uttar Pradesh in Farm and
Non-Farm Sector

Supported these women producer companies through:

● First Subscriber Selection, Documentation and Incorporation of Producer Company
● Conducting research activities, diagnostic assessments, developing business plans, carrying
out training of field staff and producers, helping design and execute the projects, assisting
FPO’s Board and Management on different activities under the project mandate.
● Assisting in Identification of Villages, D3C (Digital Commodity Collection Centre), Sanchalika,
and Warehouse locations, Board of Directors and vendors by delivering regular training and
monitoring of project operations and handholding support to FPO producer members to
adopt advanced mechanisms.
● Track and analyze procurement, member procurement trend, impact of various
training/extension programmes.
● Facilitated in identification, formation and smooth conduct of communication and relation
channels between members and PC like-Samvaad Group
● Representing FDRVC in meetings, field visits, and building close working relationships with
partners, government organizations, ag-techs, FPOs and so on while also supporting the
