Instructions Considering Health and
Safety Measures :
1) Wearing Face mask is mandatory. You must carry your own face
mask. In case you fail
to wear mask, you shall not be allowed to
appear for the test.
2) "Aarogya Setu" must be installed in your mobile phone. You
must produce the self-
assessment test result through the
"Aarogya Setu" App, before entering the exam hall.
3) In case you do not have a phone equipped with "Aarogya Setu"
App, you must fill-in
and submit the self declaration form on
your health condition before entering the exam
hall. You will be
allowed to appear for the test, only if either of the
self-assessment result
or self-declaration form is submitted at
the exam centre.
4) You must report to the Test Centre 20-25 minutes prior to the
scheduled start time of
the exam.
5) Candidates must follow social distancing while at the exam
centre and during the
exam time; undergo mandatory thermal
scanning and sanitization before entering the
exam hall.
Instructions of appearing for the Certification Exam :
1) You MUST CARRY latest copy of e-Aadhaar downloaded, from
https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in or Aadhaar Letter with LATEST PHOTOGRAPH and ADMIT
CARD for Verification purpose. In case non availability of ADMIT CARD OR MISMATCH in
PHOTOGRAPH printed on your e-Aadhaar/Aadhaar Letter and your appearance, you may
be disqualified from the exam. Other Govt. ID proofs cannot be used for Verification
Purpose.
2) You MUST NOT CARRY Calculators, Electronic diaries, Cell phones, beepers or any
similar electronic equipment, cameras and any extra pieces of paper inside the exam
hall. In case any such devices or material are found with you inside the exam hall, you
will be disqualified.
Instructions for understanding the Certification Exam :
1) The duration for ECMP Operator cum Supervisor would be 120 minutes and the
duration for Child Enrolment Lite Client Operator examination would be 50 minutes.
2) You MUST read the Learner Guide, Question Bank, Test Structure and Role wise Passing
Percentage available at https://uidai.gov.in/ecosystem/training-testing-certification-
ecosystem.html for self study and understanding the complete exam structure and
syllabus.
3) You MUST read and follow the Instruction Page displayed at the start of Certification
Exam thoroughly.
4) You MUST listen to all the instruction given by the Test Center Invigilator carefully
during the exam and at the time of final submission.
5) You MUST complete all the questions in each section and FEEDBACK before final
submission of exam.
6) You MUST reach at your assigned Test Centre at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled
time for the Exam. In case of any delay, you will not be allowed to enter the examination
hall.
7) You SHALL be disqualified in case you are found violating the instruction of the test
invigilator or found cheating/copying or taking help of other candidates during the exam.
8) You MUST check the Certificate and Test Score your NSEIT Registered Account after 48
hours of the Exam.
Other Important Instructions
1) Retest Fee is applicable only in case the candidate fails or is absent on the exam date.
2) In case candidate wants to upgrade his/her Certification Level from Operator to
Supervisor, he/she has to register afresh and pass the exam with minimum marks
required for Supervisor Role.
3) After successful Certification, Candidate MUST contact any Active Enrollment Agency
to work with them as UIDAI or NSEIT does not hire or engage any Certified
Operator/Supervisor directly.
