I, JANACE N. TORDESILLAS, of legal age, and a resident of Calatrava, Negros


Occidental, do hereby name, constitute and appoint JEFFEN B. TORDESILLAS, of legal
age, Filipino, and also a resident of Calatrava, Negros Occidental, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the following acts, deeds and
things, to wit:

a. To appear, sign, and execute, on my behalf, all the necessary documents or instruments
of whatever nature that are essential for the release of my scholarship grant from the
office of Board Member Araceli T. Somosa;

b. To receive the cash or check on my behalf which represents the amount of my


scholarship grant;

c. To do and perform any and all acts necessary and proper to carry into effect the powers
hereinabove granted and conferred.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present.
