DEED REVOCATION OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
       That I, RICHARD E. LIM, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of 623
Guerrero Street, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, do hereby state:
        That I, President/Chairman of the Board of ARTEMIS SALT CORPORATION (herein
referred to as Artemis). That said corporation appeared as the Vendee of that parcel of land
owned by JAIME BARTOLABA of legal age, Filipino , married to Criselda R. Bartolaba with
postal address at c/o Bohol Beach Club, Bolod, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, herein designated as
the VENDOR, over that parcel of land described as follows;
                          Katibayan Ng Orihinal Na Titulo Blg. 90237
        A parcel of land (Lot 4976, Cad-705-D, Case 6), situated in the Barangay of Tawala,
Municipality of Panglao, Province of Bohol, Island of Panglao. Bounded on the SE., SW.,
along lines 1-2-3-4by Lot No. 4975; on the NW., N., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot No. 4965; on the
NE., along line 6-7 by Lot No. 4961; on the S., along line 7-1 by Lot No. 4977; all of CAD 705-
D. Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (3,459)
SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS.
       That I am also the Chief Executive Officer of Eskaya Beach Resort Corporation
(hereinafter referred to as Eskaya).
        That it was really Eskaya which is the buyer of the above mentioned parcel of land,
however, the person whom I commissioned to deliver the Certificate of Incorporation of the
company to the office of the Notary Public delivered the Certificate of Artemis and not Eskaya
. That there is therefore an error which need to be corrected, that both corporations –Artemis
and Eskaya, are own by our family . That the real and actual buyer is Eskaya and in fact, the land
is in the premises of Eskaya .
       That I hereby attest that the Board of Directors of Artemis         and Eskaya agreed to the
execution of a new Deed of Sale and Revocation of the previous              instrument , and have
requested JAIME BARTOLABA , to execute a new Deed of Sale                   in favor of ESKAYA
BEACH RESORT CORPORATION. That the previous Deed of                        Absolute Sale is hereby
considered REVOKED and declared NULL AND VOID.
       That premises considered, I do hereby REVOKE, RESCIND , AND NULLIFY the
Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of ARTEMIS SALT CORPORATION, a corporation existing
with laws of the Philippines, with business address at Mandaluyong City, Philippines, and
herein represented by Richard E. Lim , Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of 623
Guerrero Street., Mandaluyong City, Philippines, executed by JAIME BARTOLABA, entered
as Doc No. 345, Page 81, Book No.XVIII, Series of 2005, before Notary Public Antonino M.
Jumawid.
